Who can become a partner?
Anyone who works with California property managers. appliance service companies, property management consultants, real estate attorneys, insurance brokers, and other professionals. We review each application to ensure a good fit for both sides.
How do I move up tiers?
Tier upgrades happen automatically based on your successful conversions. Once your 5th referral converts, you're promoted to Certified Partner. At 20+ conversions with co-marketing participation, you qualify for Premier. All existing referrals benefit from your new tier duration retroactively.
When do I get paid?
The first-month commission is paid out after the referred customer completes their first full month of paid service (after their first month). Recurring commissions are paid monthly, net-30. You can track all pending and completed payouts in your partner dashboard.
Can I be both a RecallProof customer and a partner?
Absolutely. Many of our best partners are also RecallProof customers. You use the platform, you know the value, and you can speak to it authentically. Your partner commissions are completely separate from your customer account.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No cap on referrals at any tier. The more property managers you refer, the more you earn. There's no ceiling on commissions.
What if my referral cancels?
You keep all commissions earned up to the cancellation date. If a referral cancels within the first 30 days (within the first 30 days), the first-month commission is not paid out. After that, all earned commissions are yours to keep.
