RecallProof provides appliance recall monitoring, compliance workflow management, and documentation services for residential property managers. RecallProof is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site or in our platform constitutes legal advice.
The Total Coverage Guarantee applies to verified platform-side compliance gaps on covered incidents. Full terms and conditions are set forth in our Service Level Agreement, available upon request or at account signup.
RecallProof's liability under these terms is limited to the amounts paid by you for the service in the three months preceding the claim. RecallProof is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
